This is our second oldest division, where we have progressed from simple jigs to a stable, highly specialized group of machines and lines. In this case, it is always a prototype development according to the customer's specifications.

Assembly and Control Lines
Assembly lines can be divided into manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. The line is composed of independent machines. For the customer, this means simpler technological changes in the future.
When designing a line, we always start from the customer's needs and requirements. Based on our experience, we emphasize testing the line before its transport and installation at the customer's site.
Robotics
Our company has joined the ranks of robot integrators. By reducing the prices of industrial robots, this technology is more accessible even for smaller customers. We mainly apply robots from Fanuc.
Comprehensive Turnkey Delivery
The machines and equipment we design naturally have their own control system, defined by the customer (mostly Siemens PLC). We handle production, assembly, and electrical installation internally.
The contract includes an internal acceptance by the customer and subsequent installation and commissioning at the customer's site, including operator and maintenance training.
