In 2015 we extended our services on laser welding of mold parts, including complete repairs or modifications of these molds.

It is a special device which makes possible, either individually or on request, to repair any demaged part of metal materials, where the only other possibility is to make a completely new part. In the context of EDM equipment it is also possible to repair a complex and often very expensive part or set for the customer.

In the case of a request for complete repair (incl. work on the CNC, EDM machines) as an input basis, we prefer the 3D data of the original part (step format).

If necessary, we are even able to provide reverse engineering, i.e. the reconstruction of the original part by 3D measuring and subsequent reshaping of the part in our design software SolidWorks.
