The customer needed to reliably assemble the complete lock set (cylinders + door lock) into one functional unit and prepare it for dispatch in sealed packaging, while maintaining high process repeatability.
Our Solution
We designed a combination of simple manual workstations, semi-automatic manual stations and semi-automatic inspection-assembly machines. The finished set is automatically sealed into a plastic bag at the end of the line.
