The foreign customer needed a universal solution for applying adhesive to various filter types, including a fast changeover between individual part variants.
Our Solution
We recommended and equipped the workstation with a six-axis Fanuc robot. The fixtures are interchangeable and fitted with RFID chips, allowing the product changeover to run fully automatically.
